Product Warranty Service Description

1. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please choose a regular BASF RODIM® PPF Authorized Application Center to purchase or install RODIM® TPU PPF.
2. During the warranty period, the company only provides warranty services for large-area cracking, large-area blistering and large-area adhesive residue caused by the defects of the RODIM® TPU PPF itself.
3. The warranty service scope of RODIM® TPU PPF does not cover losses caused by improper use, maintenance, cleaning or wrong operation of the product, natural disasters, accidents, normal wear and tear and other reasons unrelated to product or material problems.
4. The repainted panels are not covered by the warranty if the paint is damaged during application or removal of the protective film.

Q1: How much does it cost to do full PPF?

Paint Protection Film or PPF works as per segment of car Small / Medium or Big car. There are various types of Film based on applicable Warranty. Would you like to have Glossy Film , Matt finish or anything else. Kindly connect with our customer relationship Manager, would be best to advise you.

Q2: How long does paint protection film last on a car?

We at RODIM assure warranty of PPF in the range of 5 – 10 years. You just need to maintain the car washing and cleaning*

Q3: Can I withdraw 100% from PPF?

Please elaborate. You can remove PPF whenever you wish. However the quality stands for long period of time.
